Took me a while, but after searching through duckduckgo and google on how to open up a console in the game, I finally gave up and wondered whether I was supposed to just type these codes at any time; the way you do it in games where there is no console, like Grand Theft Auto 3 or San Andreas, etc. Well what do you know, I was right! All you need to do is just enter a mission, and just type out the codes that you want; that is it! All that I wanted to do was to just skip some levels because I had re-installed the game and as a result had lost my save file. I just entered the first mission, proceeded to just literally type out 'laskip', and vuala, the level skipped (I do not remember the exact mission name that I had last played, so I had to bare with skipping a handful of times)!
